Responsibilities
As our go-to-recruiter in this regional operation, you’ll take the lead on full-cycle hiring — from sourcing talent to onboarding new team members. Your focus will be on operation and support roles in the facility management space, and your impact will shape the foundation of the team.
Develop and manage recruitment pipelines
Conduct outreach and interviews
Coordinate with team leads on hiring needs
Track candidate progress and optimize systems
Ensure a thoughtful and smooth candidate experience
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with sharp instincts, strong structure, and an eye for standout talent.
5+ years of recruiting experience (ideally in technical or service industries)
Experience managing the full hiring process
Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
Organized, data-driven, and able to work with KPIs
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Compensation and Growth
This role begins as a paid, part-time engagement — and has the potential to grow into a full-time leadership position based on performance.
$1,500 commission per successful hire (terms apply)
